Bonito

Bonito (Beautiful) – beautiful by name, beautiful by nature isn’t well known outside of Brazil, but for Brazilians it is a must see location for a holiday. The experience of visiting well and truly lives up to the name. Bonito could be described as a small aquatic playground thanks to having numerous caves with lakes for swimming and amazing stalactite formations, beautiful cascading waterfalls and clean meandering rivers where you can swim, snorkel or tube up close and personal with many varieties of curious fish, that are surrounded by banks of lush forest. In Bonito they take preservation of the waterways very seriously to illustrate this point visitors are not permitted to wear sun cream when entering the water.
